Did you know that an alarming 80% of people are magnesium deficient. This can be caused by a lack of dietary intake, or by poor absorption. It is estimated that 50-95% of children with ADHD are magnesium deficient and people with low magnesium levels are 6-7 times more likely to have metabolic syndrome than people with normal magnesium levels.

The primary source of magnesium comes from our soil.  However due to modernised farming methods, our soils are rapidly becoming depleted of this important mineral.
