As soon as your order has been processed and shipped a courier tracking number will be issued. This tracking number will be emailed to you. You will thereafter be able to track your parcel on the link provided in our email to you.  We have also included tracking buttons below.

Payment delays:

Unfortunately manual EFT payments are often delayed by a few days. Especially if your payment is made on a weekend. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared in our bank account. Please assist us by forwarding proof of payments to orders@vitaminsforyou.co.za
Credit card, debit card and Instant EFT payments however are immediate and do not delay the processing of orders.

We aim to get your goods into the next available courier collection after your order is confirmed.

Where items are out of stock :

We will email you to advise goods are out of stock. Most importantly we will let you know when the new stock is expected to arrive.

We deliver to your door (office or home) anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy  and Aramex services.  The courier company usually delivers your order within 1-3 working days. Although some outlying areas may experience delays.

 

Rest assured that we respect your confidentiality and our parcels are always discreetly packaged. Bank statements/shipping documents will be labelled as Russell Health Agencies ensuring your privacy.
